Summary: Stayed with mom and friend looking at real estate. Overall it was an ok house. There were no blow dryers in the house…it didn’t have those “extra” touches that Vrbo rentals sometime have…and based on the house and decor it is probably a dudes house (no judgement;). Primary bedroom downstairs with en suite. Blinds didn’t have a turn stick so couldn’t open the blinds but could still pull them up. Upstairs has 3 basic queen bedrooms. No night stands or lamps so have to shut light off by the door. The 3 bedrooms shared a single bathroom that couldn’t get hot water in the evenings with only 1 person taking a shower. We tried running water for a good long while with no luck so ended up taking Luke warm (fast) shower. 1 tv in house in the living room. There was a 1/2 bath in the laundry room downstairs off the kitchen. We did not use the ping pong table in the lanai because it was super hot and no air in there. Living room had Cheerios under the coffee table. Front door handle was falling off, hard to tell if locked. Garage was not accessible to use, not a big deal but when it’s just us gals I prefer to use a garage for safety. House on the darker side, but served our purpose with needing a place to stay while looking for houses in Austin. House had lots of coffee and tea choices which was nice. Host was gracious enough to give us a late check out due to our plane being delayed…thank you.! Overall, it’s not my type of place I would stay again, but it did serve our purpose.
