During the summer months enjoy the amenities of the property’s tennis courts, pickle ball, pool, and year-round access to a cardio room and sauna. The beach is only a 3-minute drive away for those looking for time on beautiful Lake Tahoe.
During the winter, you are a short drive from half a dozen ski resorts, including just an 8-minute drive to Northstar for world-class skiing. Historic Truckee is only 15 minutes away, with charming restaurants and boutiques, and it’s a quick 45-minute drive to the Reno/Tahoe International Airport. Beat the rush on the ride home with easy access to Interstate 80. Downtown Kings Beach is only 3 minutes down the road, where you can grab groceries, eat at over a dozen restaurants, rent bikes and kayaks, or lounge on the beach and enjoy the sunset.
