Positive: The condo was neat, cozy and rather comfy for its money. The terrace with a view was so nice. The wardrobe was big enough. And the kitchen had all you may need.
Negative: The process of check in was a nightmare. We were sent the WRONG enter code. It was changed 2 days before and nobody was aware of it!!! Is that miscommunication? So, what is happening in your office? Then, the door lock didn’t work and I had the longest and empty conversation with a manager who tried to convince me that I did smth wrong (May be I’m a nut and never see electronic locks in my life). And all these were not designed to help me and solve the problem asap. The manager just followed the script or smth. All these ours it was raining and my mom and daughter had to wait, hungry and tired. I was NOT offered by late check out at least or smth more understandable as an apology. The furniture on the terrace was dirty. And the manager (after check in) was interested in its pictures only (in order to punish the maid?), but not in apologies to us and in giving fare compensation for my stolen hours of rest. I had to gnaw these hours prolongation out. I would rathe try to avoid this Vacasa brand. As it is a gathering of non-professionals.
Summary: Nice condo with a view for its money, but shabby. I hope everybody check in fast after my case.
