The space is a Newly Renovated unique Brick 1100 sqft "Open floor plan" ground level entry Studio Apt Suite-with Private Entry & Exit, Custom bedside Jacuzzi facing Fireplace and Flat Screen TV, Walk-in Double Jetted Massage shower for 2 with huge California King pillow top Bed & Love Seat, chair & ottoman facing Fireplace. Huge walk in closet and deck, modern kitchenette. Both tile and carpet make it a super cozy space. Our newly renovated 3 story, 6000 sqft Historic Brick historic structure is located in "The Historic Collier Heights" community, Home of the older generations who's who and several movie sets, (gooogle it)it's quiet clean and secure place to visit and stay. A professional travelers home away from home.

The Studio Suite is our HUGE PRIVATE ground floor Apartment lock-off Unit with nearly 1100 sqft of open floor plan living space. Most importantly it has it's own SEPARATE everything, including ENTRANCE/EXIT, parking, double shower, fireplace, kitchenette with fridge, toaster oven and flat grill.
