The Space:
As you arrive at the home, you are greeted by the private door secured with a video interphone. Once inside, you will find the lofted living area complete with a sofa, a fireplace and a projector. On the lower level is a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, porcelain dinnerware and an open dining area for 8 guests. The dining area can be transformed into an office space with Sonos speakers and computer ports. The kitchen plan is also optimal for a reception or cooking demonstration.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed, and features automatic shades and a hidden vanity with sink and mirror next to the bed. The second bedroom is located past the living area and has a king bed, desk, and en suite shower with a WC located separately in the bedroom. Two twin beds can be made up in this room upon request. There is a main bathroom located off the hall which features a double vanity, deep bathtub and a separate shower and bathtub. Multiple closets can be found in the entry hall for guests to fully unpack and there is a storage area next to the kitchen on the lower level.
