Positive: We liked the property layout location and decor. It had all necessary equipment and services. We love the location as we have been travelling there for 25years, but the first time in this particular apartment.
Negative: There was a bad smell coming from the bathroom. Most probably from the shower drain, as we had a complaint from a neighbour living beneath our apartment that there was water coming through their roof. This made us nervous about using the shower. The smell was offensive. We reported this to the letting agent but no specific action nor visit was made. During our stay thd next door apartment was being reconstructed and we were subject to loud banging noises for long periods of the each day except weekend. This spoilt our holiday which was supposed to be “relaxing”. The gas boiler developed a fault code and stopped working. Luckily I was able to resolve by using a “tip” from Google video.
