Private, one bedroom, self contained, guest suite. Situated on our family lifestyle block, only a few driveways from the Country Town of Waiuku. You'll be sharing this peaceful location with native birds and our welcoming family.
The accommodation is fully furnished and decorated with original artwork including pieces made by myself, a local artist and creator of unique jewellery.
Although you are close by, you have your own space and patio area all to yourselves to relax and soak up the countryside.
Our property is less than 10 years old, has double glazed windows and a filtered air exchange system. There is a quiet heat pump in the bedroom which cools the entire guest house in summer and underfloor heating for radiant heat in the winter. Our rainwater has a modern U.V. filtration system which is maintained every year, so the water is beautiful to drink.
There are lots of appliances in the Kitchenette including a Kettle, Toaster, Microwave, Air fryer, rice cooker, induction element and crock pot.
A single fold up bed can be set up in the lounge on request for a third guest. A porta cot, baby bath and high chair can also be set up on request.
Milk and a few food basics are provided when you arrive to get you started.
