Positive: The location is excellent, with everything easily accessible and very convenient for exploring the area. One of the highlights for me was definitely the SPA – both the facilities and the overall atmosphere were perfect for relaxing, and the view from the SPA area is simply amazing. I really appreciate complimentary shuttle to the main station. Breakfast was another strong point: a rich selection with good quality products. The service at the breakfast was super nice. Room was comfortable, big, well-maintained, and aligned perfectly with the overall vibe of the hotel. This was my second stay here and would be willing to come again.
Negative: The floor in the SPA area can be quite slippery, so extra caution is needed there. This was also the second time I was given an adjacent room, which makes it a bit less private. Additionally, I found the evening room service (turn-down service) surprising – while a nice gesture, it can feel disturbing if you’re not expecting someone to enter at that time of day. Lastly, the gym only seemed to open around 9:30 am, which unfortunately made a proper early morning workout impossible.
