Summary: The flat itself was nice, but the communal areas were tired and felt more like a student house. The kitchen was adequately equipped. Take photos of everything when you arrive and when you leave as they try to take your deposit by claiming you’ve damaged something - in my case they suggested I’d left water damage and cup marks on a sofa I didn’t even sit on. I eventually got my full deposit back 3 months later. I won’t use any of their properties again as a result as I can’t trust the company (Prim Short Stays Ltd).
