Positive: This is a beautiful place with the apartment literally on the beach—so close that you could almost jump into the sea from the balcony. Although the kitchen is small, it is extremely well-equipped. The Wi-Fi was excellent, and there was plenty of toilet paper, dishwashing supplies, cleaning items, and trash bags provided, which I mention because it's becoming common to find such items listed as included but often only enough for a day or not at all. The property also takes care of waste separation, with separate bins for plastic and paper in addition to mixed waste. The host was very kind and approachable, and the beach loungers were free for guests to use. The beach itself is beautiful, with pebbles, shallow water at the start, and then a gradual deepening, making it perfect for swimming. There's also a free shower with regular water on the beach, as well as a pretty cool café right next to the apartment building.
Negative: The only downside was the balcony, which is separated by a plastic "wall" from the neighboring balcony, making it easy to hear everything from the other (almost the same) balcony. This unfortunately diminishes the sense of privacy in the apartment, and if the other guests are maybe loud or inconsiderate, it can be less than pleasant.
Summary: Excellent accommodation for two people, with the beach just below the apartment.
