Positive: Is in a very good and nice neighberhood, is clean and spatious
Negative: They have no hot water and there is no one really you can adress the problem. The comunication is allmoust zero and u just have to hope for the best in case u need something. We needed sheets for the couch and for this i had to call an "emergency" number they have in Switzerland and they brough some sheets next day.
Summary: If you're low on expectation, is a good apartment.
