Positive: The location and the apartment was great.
Negative: The wifi did not work and it took 2 days for the staff to answer for my request and the problem was not solved. Furthermore, when we arrived in the night and could not open the key box for 15 minutes and called the company, the guy literally asked us if we want him to drive through the city just to open the door for us. There is a room for development in customer service for sure.
