Negative: I put in a complaint and I am waiting to hear back I am a good bookings.com customer for many years and I am always happy. However, I am very unhappy with this stay I was deceived by the listing. The listing showed a picture of a modern building BUT IT IS NIT THE ACTUAL BUILDING. My wife and I spent 30 minutes walking the street to find the building in the picture. It was not there. We then went to the address of the building in the listing but because it was not the picture in the listing we were confused. We called the host and told him and he said he knew it was the wrong picture but needed "A" picture to make a listing. This is extremely unprofessional and actually fraud. In addition the listing showed a picture of the beach and ocean. A normal person would think that is the view of the listing. If it is not, why post the beach view picture. Our apt was in the back facing a dark alley. The listing also said we would be greeted in person at the property but we were not. We had to checking on the phone and email. I was deceived so many ways. I expect bookings.com to take care of a loyal customer. Thanks Greg
