Positive: Clean and comfortable, with plenty of room. A great alternative to a hotel and the location is a perfect 5 minute walk from the beach. The kitchen is complete with cutlery and cooking ware, with a stove, oven and fridge. The owner is very helpful with any questions and directions around the area. He also helped booked me a taxi to the airport which was great because my phone was not working.
Negative: I had to be mindful of the electricity as having the stove, oven and hot water running would cut out the electricity. The owner explains this and it is very easy to fix if this occurs.
Summary: Clean, comfortable and safe with a superb location close to the beach and tram to the city centre
