Positive: Beautiful view and relatively close to the beach. Apartment is beautifully furnished overall and has a nice size. The key handover at check-in was very friendly and warm.
Negative: Contrary to the description, no guaranteed parking space. There are many available for all residents, but when the seats are occupied, you have to find a place outside. Check-out time has been in the booking 12 o'clock and hosts insisted that this was wrong and check-out at 11 o'clock. Dishes could be newer and a little more. Furthermore, cleanliness is a point of criticism here. The forks are dirty and would have to be cleaned in a machine.
