Positive: The Apartment was easy to access as there is no need for keys. It was also very well sound proofed as no noise from the street could be heard with all the windows closed. The Apartment has sufficient beach apparel like beach towels, beach chairs and an umbrella.

Negative: There was strange smell from under the kitchen sink where the waste bin was located. For longer stays it would be nice to have more cutlery, plates and cups. The shower needs to be replaced especially the caulking/silicone.
