Enjoy this 1 BR Condo located in the Anasazi Village in North Phoenix. The grounds are beautiful with 5 Swimming Pools and 5 Hot tubs to enjoy. The condo has recently been upgraded with new lighting, painting and furniture. The kitchen is equipped with plenty of pots, pans, dishes, appliances and has a remote control ceiling fan. The Bedroom has full blackout curtains to allow you to sleep in comfortably. The patio overlooks one of the heated pools and hot tubs. For your entertainment, a ROKU is provided with Netflix and access to live TV using FUBO.
There are numerous restaurants and shopping close by and many within walking distance. Phoenix is known for it's fantastic golf courses, and Stonecreek Public Golf Course is right next door!

Summary: The property has a great location as it's close to shopping, restaurants, etc.. The grounds have several pools and everything is well maintained. The unit is on the 3rd floor and has a nice view of one of the pools. There is some road noise from Cactus road but it didn't bother us. The unit does need a little upgrading but it suited our needs just fine. Some minor issues did arise during our 3 month stay and the owners were very responsive to handling them. The tv only has a basic package so there is no espn, FS1,etc.. We are sports fans so it did have some effect on us. We would definetely stay here again as the positives outweighted any minor negatives.
