Positive: The location was convenient for us, as we were visiting family in Richmond. The shower stalls were modern, plenty of hot water. The rooms were clean. Check-in was easy.
Negative: We booked 2 double rooms on Booking.com. When we arrived, there was only one double room and one king room assigned to us. The owner explained to us the other double room was a connected room for family, & was not available to book as stand-alone. Besides, some family had booked it. Somehow Booking.com was not aware of that. Also, there was some sewage smell in the double room we stayed. We notified the owner, he said he would look into it. Other than these two issues, everything went well.
