Our Little House on Pearl welcomes you with Americana Charm and the love and care of previous generations. Hand built in 1930 by a mill worker and his wife, the lumber for the house was purchased by selling eggs and butter. Lovingly restored 90 years later by their granddaughter, The Little House built with love and steeped in history, is an eclectic mix of old and new. This bright and fresh bungalow is within walking distance to breweries and the river walking park. Quality furnishings and textures abound in the Little House, the recent renovation kept the historic charms, including original beadboard walls and a clawfoot tub perfect for soaking at the end of a full day of sightseeing.
Located in Canton, NC, the Little House is wonderful central location for 'all things Western North Carolina'. The space is ideal for a couple or small family planning to visit the Blue Ridge Parkway, Historic Downtown Waynesville, the Famed Biltmore Estate, the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Chestnut Mountain Bike Park and so much more.
