While we're excited about these enhancements, we want to be upfront with you: construction work, including concrete and steel repairs, as well as balcony renovations, will create noise during daytime hours for approximately 12 months. During balcony work, access to your unit's balcony may be temporarily restricted or blocked. Construction Hours are 8am-5:30 M-F, no work on weekends.
