A luxury townhouse in a stunning waterfront location on Sunset Beach, with direct access tropical gardens and a fully fenced pool (for use in warmer months). The beach offers calm water swimming and is ideal for paddling, kayaking, snorkelling or paddle boarding. The jetty is perfect for fishing and watching spectacular sunsets with the reserve hosting resident koalas. It is in a secure complex with security gates for car and pedestrian access.
This townhouse has had a full renovation offering 4 spacious bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, fully equipped laundry, separate games room with table tennis inside garage space, 2 car parking spaces, fully equipped modern kitchen, informal lounge and dining adjacent to kitchen, 2 additional lounge areas with flat screen TVs and DVDs, terrace for BBQ and outdoor dining and living, indoor atrium for casual dining, giving a total of 4 dining areas and 3 lounge area options.
The spacious main bedroom has a king size bed, ensuite and balcony overlooking the water view, pool and gardens. The upstairs loft has a queen-sized bed and ensuite. The remaining 2 bedrooms both contain twin single beds. All bedrooms have ample hanging and storage space. There are fans throughout the property and one split system air conditioning between levels.
This amazing property is ideal for families with loads of activities and room for kids, teenagers and adults to spread out and relax. It is in a secure complex with security gates for car and pedestrian access.

The Soldiers Point neighbourhood is a picturesque peninsula that juts out from the southern shores of Port Stephens. Known as the best sunset location in Port Stephens with stunning waterways and calm safe swimming beaches on offer, you’ll never want to leave.
The award-winning marina with state-of-the-art facilities and restaurants attracts yachts from around the globe and is a marina for the annual Sail Port Stephens regatta. Jetties on either side of the point offer great fishing and moorings, with easily accessible boat ramps for all types of craft.
Dining options are a plenty; casual bistro meals, waterfront dining at the Soldiers Point marina including Restaurant 2317 and world renowned chef Rick Stein’s Bannisters restaurant with freshly caught and beautifully prepared seafood.

To ensure the comfort of our guests and neighbours, we do not accept bookings for 'Schoolies' breaks/under 21yrs groups and under no circumstances do we allow parties of any sort.
Kindly note a deposit of 50% AUD of total amount will be charged at time of confirmation. An option of direct deposit and credit card is offered.
A $1000 Security Deposit (PRE-Authorisation) IS TO BE Held. The bond will be processed prior to arrival. We only accept Mastercard or Visa.
You can check in anytime between the hours of 3PM and 5PM on Weekdays. On weekdays after-hours, weekends and public holidays there is an afterhours check-in service. If you require this service, please inform one of the members at LJ Hooker Nelson Bay prior to your day of arrival.
Payment for the booking warrants you and all guests staying will abide by the Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation which can be viewed on our website which will be sent to you in your booking confirmation email. This property is a holiday rental, it is not a principal place of residence.

The guests limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests (this includes day visitors) above those that have booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay. If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property Immediately with no refund of monies including security deposit. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10:00 PM and 8.00 AM.
