Super comfy, extra large, 3 bed, 2 bath condo that backs up to a peaceful open space off our back patio, while out front is the pool, cabanas, BBQ, and the energetic South Congress neighborhood. Just a few blocks from downtown, Austin City Limits, and the convention center.
Our newly renovated clubhouse includes a new fitness center, a well-appointed work center, a games room with free arcade games, Skee-Ball, and foosball. Conveniently located steps from TONS of live music, restaurants + shops
After an extended break for Covid, we are welcoming guests again, and can't wait to have you join us! We have given the place some new designs, and are adding fun new surprises every day. We love to travel ourselves, and after spending countless nights in AirBnBs and hotels we know it can be kind of a crap shoot, so wanted to create a fun space that had the best of what we liked and avoid the stuff that we don't like. A clean well maintained space in a great location.
Really comfortable mattresses and beds, high thread count soft sheets and towels, strong showers with rainfall showerheads, and lots of other little extras.
Someplace homey, comfortable, and fun! Someplace that feels like the city you are visiting and has more style than a generic hotel room.
This is a very large apartment, designed by Austin locals to be a fun comfy, sparkly home away from home right in the heart of everything. The apartment is well air-conditioned (it gets hot in Austin). Whether it's nightlife, brunch or hike along the lake, it's all right there. We're located near a ton of great places in Austin and right in the middle of all the South Congress fun. There is easy free parking on-site and the apartment has easy access to S. Congress Ave. and the neighborhood and a few blocks from downtown and the convention center.
We want you to feel right at home in our place and our city. So if there's anything we can do to prep for or help you out during your visit don't hesitate to ask! There is always something amazing going on in Austin, and we'll be happy to give you some great tips on live music, fantastic food, or the lowdown on what's going down while you're here. If you need some tips on where to find the best tacos, the best BBQ without a long wait, what bands are playing while you're here, we got ya covered.
You'll have a coffee maker and coffee for when you don't feel like walking over to Jo's for an iced latte. A Sonos sound system for when you need to hear more of that amazing band you were listening to last night. TVs all over the home with cable, HBO and Netflix, etc. for when you any of you just want to stay in. A full kitchen if ya want to cook, and a large washer and dryer if you want clean clothes for the next stop.
Our place sleeps large groups comfortably. We have 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, a pull-out queen couch, all with top rated memory foam mattresses, and 3 separate bedrooms. There are also 4 fold-flat futon couches, and there are even cots and portable memory foam mattresses are available if you have a really big group and don't want to be separated.

SoCo is a great, centrally located neighborhood with music clubs, coffee shops, and restaurants, shopping, parks and the lake trail, and downtown all within walking distance. Most everything else is a very short car or bike ride away.
We are right in the heart of the super cool SoCo neighborhood, so there are tons of great places to eat, drink, listen to music, or shop right out the front door! Downtown is right nearby as well. We have free parking and bikes and scooters are located on the premises. The majority of Austin is a short Lyft or Uber ride. There is also a very close bus stop as well.

We have no minimum stay on weekdays.
Friday and Saturday in April 2025 are fine for single-day reservations. Otherwise, Friday and Saturday must be booked together on weekends for a 2-night minimum stay.
Occasionally, there is a 3-night minimum during holidays or special events (SXSW, ACL, F1, etc.). However, that isn't very often, and we can be very flexible about it, so check in with me.
We are always willing to consider special circumstances or needs. Please feel free to message us with any special requests, questions, or potential exceptions to the house rules before booking. I'm happy to try to work with you.
Please no smoking of any kind in the house. Smoking anywhere outside is fine. Of course, please do not leave behind any cigarette butts on the ground.
No glitter or confetti. It takes a HazMat team to get rid of that stuff.
We love pets, and your furry family members are usually extremely welcome, but please check with me first so we can be best prepared 🐶
