Contemporary Beach Villa (2 to 3 Bedrooms) accommodates up to 6-7 people.

Good NEWS ! Pool has been constructed and ready for coming guests!
Direct access to two-miles white sand beach. Hotel amenities. Children welcomed! We recommend Beach Villa for two or three couples or a family with kids.
Stunning views modern villa in Exuma sitting right on the beach, consist of two master en-suite bedrooms and one convertible living room to separate en-suite bedroom, dining room and fully equipped kitchen, laundry room with washer/dryer.
Outside patio is furnished with set of sofas and chairs.
Sand playground with kids playset and volley/soccer field on site is exclusively for Casa Del Mar guests disposal.
Kayaks, SUPs and snorkelling sets are available for our guests.
Sandy wind protected playground with children play set and volley/soccer court is now open exclusively for our guests!
Airport transfer and mid-week cleaning included for stays over 5 nights.
What is provided in the Villa:
- full set of hotels amenities (liquid soap, shampoo, hand and bath towels);
- fully equipped kitchens;
- laundry room with washer & dryer sets (at least one per villa);
- paper towels, dishwasher detergent, washer detergent;
- limited quantity of drinkable water as well as water for icemaker in pool villas (can be ordered or purchased additionally);
- gas for BBQ;
- bathrobes;
- personal safe box;
- beach towels;
- beach chairs and umbrellas;
- use of kayaks, paddle boards, snorkel equipment, water toys. Please co-ordinate with Esther if you need more kayaks/ paddle boards at certain time;

Summary: This was a beautiful villa with incredible grounds. Twenty feet from the front porch was a private pool and fifty feet from the oool was a lovely beach with turquoise water. The house was well maintained and well equipped with everything you would need!!
