Summary: Great communication. The hotel reception what’s app or message us a day before we check in to ask if we need help on taxi and etc. very pro active. Excellent service. Location is fantastic. Food is ok as average but they did a great job in setting it up at the balcony overlooking the sea and caldera view. Great experience
