4 bedroom water-front villa conveniently located 5 minute drive to the beach, 5 minutes to restaurants/nightlife, 15 minute drive to the airport. Come enjoy a relaxing stay with us and enjoy our private pool, kayak, billiards, wifi, smart TV's + more!
As soon as you walk into this beautiful villa, you’ll be stunned by our formal living room area. It is equipped with a professional grade pool table and sofa couch. Kick back, relax and enjoy some friendly games of pool with friends and family. It also contains a workstation for you to get some work done while you’re away from home.
The kitchen contains plenty of cabinet space and comes fully equipped with all your cooking needs. Off the kitchen is the dining room area where you can gather for a quality sit down meal.
The main living room area contains a comfy L-shaped couch with a big flat screen TV to enjoy some late night Netflix.
The master bedroom has a cozy king size mattress with a spacious walk-in closet that has plenty of room for your belongings. This room also contains its own private bathroom. The 2nd bedroom contains one queen size bed and is also connected to its own private bathroom. The 3rd room contains two queen size beds with a breath-taking view of the canal. The 4th bedroom contains two queen size beds with a bathroom located right outside the door.
Enjoy the beautiful weather in our eye-taking backyard that has everything for a restful and relaxing stay. If you want to cook some food on our BBQ, take our kayaks out for an adventure on the canal or just relax by our pool/lounge area , this property has it all.
