Alemar is an inviting townhouse only 150m from Avoca Beach. The beautifully arranged townhouse spans over two levels with three bedrooms, three bathrooms and two outdoor areas to dine and relax. Boasting ducted air conditioning, high ceilings, light-filled interiors, an open spacious kitchen / dining and two living areas. Master bedroom contains a king bed, built-in robes, balcony and huge ensuite with a bathtub, shower and toilet. Bedroom 2 contains a queen bed, built-in robes and a balcony, while bedroom 3 contains a double bed and built-in robes. WiFi included.

The historic Avoca Beach Theatre and children's playground are right across the road and local shopping strip is within walking distance. Summary: Great location, large triplex. Felt quite dark due to large trees close to house blocking view and light. Kitchen was fitted out well. Dining chairs were not comfortable and needed side tables in lounge area. Property needs a spring clean. Other than that It was a great stay.
