Travel Purpose: business
Positive: The location of the residential complex, and consequently of the apartment, is excellent. The apartment is a good size for four people and includes a pleasant terrace. In terms of facilities, it is well equipped.
Negative: However, despite these positive aspects, several maintenance and design issues affected our stay. The balcony doors are nearly impossible to open due to a lack of maintenance. There are also installation flaws, such as a wardrobe door that doesn’t open properly because of the poorly placed air conditioning unit, and a fridge door that would function better if it opened in the opposite direction. Basic kitchen items were also lacking: there were no trivets or heat-resistant mats for placing hot dishes on the table, and it was not possible to use the oven as no oven-safe dish was provided. Additionally, the balcony light has a faulty connection and flickers intermittently. Most concerning, however, was that for a booking of four adults—two couples—we were only given one key for accessing the residential complex. Because there is no internal release button at the gate near the beach exit, it is only possible to leave using a key—otherwise, one must take a considerable detour, which is inconvenient. We requested a second key on the second day of our stay, but it was never delivered.
