Positive: Very friendly & welcoming staff handed the key & room. Apartment is spacious & comfortable. Location is superb with easy access to all amenities via connected Berjaya Times Square mall and LRT. Good view, high floor.
Negative: Check-in requires you to wait for host/staff to meet you at basement carpark where it is humid & polluted with carbon emissions from cars. Parking availability is a challenge and expensive especially if you are driving in and out. The room we stayed has a broken toilet door knob/lock which husband repair DIY and water leakage from the ceiling causing wet and slippery floor. The internet TV box was lagging and hang couple of time.
Summary: Spacious & comfortable with with easy access to all amenities via connected mall.
