There are tavernas within a couple of minutes’ walk, though with everything to hand at the villa, there is no great incentive to go anywhere.Agios Stefanos Bay - Villa Anna, is ideally positioned, around 5 minutes' walk from the centre and beachfront of Agios Stefanos, an upmarket resort with a good choice of traditional Greek tavernas and shops around its small harbour and beach, with views of the hills on either side.The gardens are minimal in style and easy to maintain. On one side of the property there is car parking and the property entrance, whilst on the opposite side you will find a large, private infinity pool which simply melts into the ocean. Your own brick BBQ area has chairs both in the sun and on the covered terrace providing a cool shaded spot to relax and enjoy a meal if the sun gets too hot.Entering the property you see straightaways the very essence of its design, a living space created on the premise of clean lines and minimalistic simplicity: an open plan living space which combines the living and dining areas of the home as well as a fully fitted kitchen which you will find just past the traditional brick archway. The upstairs bedrooms have their own en suite bathrooms, whilst the downstairs master bedroom has its own en suite bathroom and the twin single bedroom has its own separate bathroom across the hallway. On the ground level, from the master bedroom and twin single bedroom, separate patio doors open and lead straight to the garden area and pool terrace. From the upstairs bedrooms, patio doors open to a private balcony from one of the rooms with direct views of the garden and pool area.Superbly constructed both inside and out, this property sits proudly in its own spacious grounds with a large private infinity pool, endless sea view points, and a generous sun terrace.
