Positive: v professional service. flexible too. undertanding. clear. i appreciated how the host was always availble and was considerate on every level
Negative: I liked everything. only thing folks need to be aware of is that it was a 3rd floor walk up - so just be aware of that if u have big bags or have any issues with so many stairs.
