Summary: The guest house is well kept and kitchen is well stocked. There is a nice patio and garden/yard area included for use (along with an outdoor grill). You are also able to park your car inside a gated driveway right next to the unit, which was convenient. It was centrally located in a bit older area of Dallas, but was a very safe neighborhood. The host was great and kept lines of communication open. Would definitely recommend and stay again if ever back in the area.
