Sunshine is pet friendly and so are the beaches in Morgantown so the entire family can vacation together!
The Space
This comfortable home has an open floor plan which features a comfortable living area where the Alabama sunlight shines through the double glass doors and large windows. The dining area is roomy, and you'll find a full kitchen well equipped to prepare simple meals should you choose to dine at home.
On the first level, you'll also find a king bedroom and a bunk bedroom with two, twin over full bunk beds plus a full bath.
Upstairs, there are three additional bedrooms, all with king beds. Two have balcony access and one has a private bath. There is also a full hall bath on this level.
While it's just steps to the beach, pool or tennis courts, you will enjoy spending time on the decks where you'll enjoy relaxing in Adirondack style chairs, rocking chairs and a table with seating for four. The ground level is equipped with an outdoor shower and a full-sized picnic table.

Fort Morgan and Morgantown
Morgantown is a lovely, unique seaside community featuring two swimming pools, a kiddie pool, two lighted tennis/pickleball courts and several beach access boardwalks. When you first arrive, you'll notice pride of ownership in this pastel colored, beautifully landscape neighborhood. Guests really enjoy walking and biking along the quiet streets and many rent golf carts and enjoy sunset drives. If you have small children or just prefer the convenience of parking close to the beach, there is a public lot just to the west of Morgantown.
Located a scenic 15 miles from Gulf Shores, you'll find everything you need close at hand. Dollar General and Sassy Bass Market are just a few miles away and have all the basics you might need. There are several restaurants nearby offering a variety of tasty dishes. Tacky Jack's, Sassy Bass (2 locations), Coast and brand-new Jesse's (opening soon) to name a few. Some venues even offer live, local entertainment.
Fort Morgan fishing pier is now open, and anglers will have access to convenient inshore fishing and the abundant species locally available.
