we're about 20 minutes away, this was our first family home, so feel free to reach out if you need anything. we know the area well.
Acacia Ridge is and up and coming suburb, there is lots of renovations and new builds happening, but were still quite close to the city only about a 20 minute drive. we've got the Ice skating rink is just around the corner, along with a squash court nearby.
You'll have access to the full house. we have a smart lock on the door so check in is a breeze. just open the fly screen and where the door lock usually is is a key pad.

The bedrooms are cozy and inviting, with plush mattresses, black out curtains, and G- Home speakers to help you unwind. The master bedroom also features a dedicated desk for those who need to work from home. The single bedroom has a selection of kids' books to keep little ones entertained.
Stay connected with high-speed internet and enjoy your favorite shows on Netflix and Spotify on the large screen TV. With ducted air conditioning throughout the house, you'll be comfortable no matter the season. And with G speakers throughout the house, you can listen to your favorite music in every room and control the lighting with your voice. We’ve also provided a selection of board games for some down time.

however please don't drive on the grass, it gets soggy after a rain and we have had cars get bogged in the past.
being a suburban area neighbours on both sides have dogs at the moment. the fences are high so you probably won't see them but might hear them.
