Positive: Majority of staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice decor throughout Location good for exploring
Negative: Felt things like the pool area could be improved hotel has a food 5uck menu during the day serving limited menu but never saw any sign of a food truck just a van in garden area made to look like a bar but never used such a waste of space, outdoor area would benefit from its own bar and music being played in evenings The menu for the restaurant I felt was slightly over priced and not many traditional French menu items, there was a football match during our stay at the velodrome and it felt as if the hotel was not ready or able to meet demand when busy as they ran out of even most basic drinks like vodka and pepsi max and even at breakfast there was a noticeable shortage of cutlery and bowls etc
