You will have exclusive use of a single storey pavilion consisting of 2 extra large bedrooms, both with full ensuite and direct access to the beautiful Kewarra Beach. Relax in the Solar heated Magna pool infused with magnesium...which helps with relieving stress, anxiety, aches and pains...making this an ultimate relaxing holiday home! I occasionally live on the property in the 2 storey Pavilion, totally separated from where my guests will be staying. The home is nestled in a neighbourhood of prestigious properties with an absolute beachfront location. Wake up to a beautiful sunrise as you stroll along Kewarra Beach… with the stunning view of Double Island and Taylor’s Point. Dolphins are often sighted, swimming just metres away from the beach. During the dry season you can enjoy cocktails and tapas at the Beach Shack on Friday and Sunday evenings...on the beach! It is only a short 5 minute stroll through the Kewarra Beach Resort. We are also close to many world class attractions offered in the Far North QLD Region: - You walk out through the garden gate straight onto the stunning Kewarra Beach. - Restaurants and coffee shops of the well known Palm Cove are only a 10 min drive away. - Hartley's Crocodile Adventures 23 min scenic drive - 23 min drive to the Cairns international airport. - Casual and fine dining in the vibrant city of Cairns and its famous Esplanade, Lagoon and Pier Shopping area just 25 min drive away. - Mossman Gorge and famous Port Douglas: an enjoyable 47 min drive away along the stunning Great Barrier Reef Drive. - The Great Barrier Reef: one of the true wonders of the world. Summary: Gary was super efficient & helpful & really took great care of us. Nothing was too much trouble & halfway through our holiday he supplied us with fresh linen & towels which we greatly appreciated. When you arrive at a location for the first time you need a friendly contact & Gary was that calm & reassuring person that we all warmed to. Thank you Gary for all your assistance. Regarding the accommodation, the house was very comfortable & the location was perfect, but where was the kitchen? The kitchen is the heart of the house, but here we only had the use of an outside bbq area. Yes, we had to go outside the house, through the courtyard into this area which was a poor excuse for a kitchen. There was NO Dishwasher & NO Oven. The was a hotchpotch of cutlery & glassware. There is no respect whatsoever shown to us, who pay high rentals, to be given this type of accommodation. There were several cupboards & rooms locked up for the owners use & so was the kitchen all behind closed doors. We were very disappointed with this arrangement as if we needed a hot drink in the night, we had to go outside to get it. In conclusion, I plead with the owner to please install a suitable kitchen to her lovely home by the sea.
