Panoramic views spanning Putty Beach all the way to Manly from the two generous living spaces will take your breath away. Come in, close the door behind you and enjoy this two level, family hideaway perched on a ridge bordering Bouddi National Park high above Putty Beach. Comprising four generous sized bedrooms, 2 with magnificent views, and three bathroom, this holiday house ideally caters for family groups.

The location is a decent walk from Killcare Beach and Hardys Bay but the climb back up the hill is worth it. Alternatively, there is ample free parking down at the surf beach. The quiet end of the beach requires a National Park permit.
Killcare Village has a bottle shop and a gourmet general store as well as an art gallery, hair salon, and boutique shops. When it comes to dining, Killcare and Hardys Bay is a hidden gem but nothing has views to rival the front verandah as the sun sets at Grandads Beach House.
The Scenic Beach House is the perfect place to bring family and friends together. Maximum 8 people.
Please note - Access to the property is off the main Scenic rd onto a side laneway.
