In traditional Paleokatouna Village, with a breathtaking view of the light blue Ionian Sea and surrounding mountains, is beautiful Villa Mirtia. Villa Mirtia is a wonderful three bedroom villa with all amenities you could ask for during your holidays on Lefkada Island. At only a 5 minute drive is Nidri Town with lovely taverns, boutique shops, super markets, and its harbor that is the starting point for exciting sea adventures. Villa Mirtia is part of a villa complex of two villas with each villa having its own privacy. Its privileged location allows you to be close to Nidri Town but far enough to enjoy nature and the peace and quiet of a traditional Greek Village.
When you enter Villa Mirtia you walk into the fully equipped open plan kitchen with the dining table right in front to serve your tasty Greek meals straight to the table to enjoy. Next to the kitchen is the large living area with direct access to the private pool area. On the ground floor are one bedroom that can be set up as a twin or double and a family bathroom with shower. Up the internal staircase are a family bathroom and two bedrooms, one twin that can be converted into a double and the master bedroom.
