Summary: I am very dissatisfied after a 4-night stay. The double rooms are cramped, and there were no fresh towels provided during the entire stay. There was no soap in the bathroom, and the shower drain was almost clogged. The reception area looks worn down. The bed was cheap and very hard, with poor-quality bedding and duvet, and no mattress topper. The staff appeared uninspired and disengaged. Breakfast was acceptable, but very basic.
