The Space:
The Villa ALOES is a contemporary and modern one bedroom villa with an exceptional panoramic view of the bay of Gustavia and its harbour as well as the bay of St Jean.
On one level, the Villa ALOES is spacious, comfortable in a quiet and private location, it is the ideal house to spend vacations in the heart of the Caribbean. On the heights of the Lurin district, the villa is located less than 10 minutes by car from Gouverneur and Gustavia beaches, Shell Beach, shops and its unmissable restaurants: BAGATELLE, LE BONITO, L'ISOLA, SHELLONA among others, for your tasting and party evenings. Framed by a perfectly maintained tropical garden, its large semi-covered terrace runs along the villa, offering space for dining and relaxation areas along the heated Jacuzzi and the private swimming pool.
The room also offers a view of the bay of St Jean from the terrace. Its en-suite bathroom has a shower and a separate toilet, as well as 2 basins. A dressing room with a safe is also part of this room. It overlooks the Jacuzzi and the sea view on the St Jean side.
During the end of the year vacations, enjoy a view on superb fireworks from the large terrace.
