Positive: Location was great.

Negative: Very little heat. One small portable heater. After I was there I was contacted and told I didn't notify them I had my dogs with me. And it would be $100 EACH. IT NEVER said that on the web site, only that it was "pet friendly ". That's NOT pet friendly. After some discussion the contact person called me back and said I was correct it DID NOT say anything of the sort on the website and that I didn't have to pay that. No kidding. Who would book a $200 stay with a $200 penalty? I had 2 dogs and was there for a dog event In Paisley. Very disappointed because I would stay there again as I do the dog events in Paisley 3 or 4 times a year. But not at that extortion. Plus it was quite cold for only one small portable heater. But we survived.
