It is a elegant and cozy newly renovated apartment, located on the first floor of a single building, with independent access. The entrace area is provided with video surveillance.
It consists of: double bedroom with adjoining walk-in closet and bathroom with shower; bedroom with double sofa bed; 2nd bathroom with shower; living; closet; equipped kitchen; closet; Laundry; terrace. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, stove, dishwasher and oven.
The large living area is equipped with free Wi-Fi, flat screen TV and extendable table, where you can have lunch comfortably in four or more people.
During the summer the environment is made cool thanks to the use of air conditioners and during the winter of radiators powered by the boiler.
The laundry with washing machine and vacuum cleaner is foreseen.
A comfortable walk-in closet serves the master bedroom, which in turn has a private bathroom with a large shower.

Summary: We stayed eight days in Sicily. Two of them we were in Catania and the other six we stayed in Palermo. The apartment is really modern and big. We havent expected such a modern and clean apartment for that price. The only negative aspects to mention are Palermo as a city with nearly no traffic rules and not the best environment. Also Sicily is not the cleanest country but if you ignore that facts you won’t find anything as beautiful as that country. There are a lot of must sees like the Ätna, the islands with their beautiful beaches especially Favignana and the little bay Spiaggia Francesi. We really had a great time there and can’t complain about the apartment or the local people. They were always happy and friendly and also if we asked the renter of the apartment something, we got exactly the answers we want. If we asked about a good restaurant or anything else our questions were answered very fast and good. So all in all if you would like to stay in Sicily especially in Palermo I can absolutely recommend this apartment to you.
