A nice semi-detached house right by the sea in beautiful Åsa. You have a magical view of the salt-sprinkled rocks and the beautiful archipelago. Enjoy the sunset from the roof terrace. You can swim from the rocks outside the cabin. A short distance away is Gårda brygga, a small place with a beach and leisure marina. The house is a semi-detached house and in your part there is a terrace at the entrance which is perfect for morning coffee and to cool off. There is also a staircase up to the pearl of the house. A roof terrace with a fantastic view. From the entrance you have two smaller bedrooms, each with a bunk bed. The bathroom has a shower. The living room is open with a dining area and a practical kitchen. The larger bedroom has two combined single beds and a beautiful kitchen sofa that can also be made into a bed. In the living room there is a sofa bed for two people as well as comfortable seating and TV. A wood-burning stove is available for slightly chilly evenings. There is also an exit to a terrace with an electric awning. There are possibilities to charge electric cars at the cottage upon request. Payment by agreement with the owner. In Åsa there are nice shops with everything from gift items, ice cream café and home bakery and last but not least Hvita Sand which is a popular restaurant right by the sea. Here you can eat good food or go to Afterbeach in the summer. From Gottskär you can watch the fishing boats or book a boat trip out to Nidingen. Near the cottage is the beautiful nature reserve Ölmanäs where you can walk and read about the area. Don't forget to make a trip to Tjolöholm Castle where you get guided tours and pleasant experiences.
