Summary: This home was a lifesaver for our group. Each room was very spacious and secluded from the rest, with ample gathering areas. The home is located about 2 miles from the heart of Gainesville, and less than a mile from the college. It's very walkable and there's tons of scooters and e-bikes to rent within a stones throw of the house. One of the rooms is off the back of the house and is basically it's own little suite. Not the cutest looking suite, but still extra private compared to the other rooms, and has it's own bathroom, kitchenette, and small living room with TV. The deck is huuuuge and can easy fit a larger group. There's also pretty ample parking (probably 5 cars comfortably, but 7-8 if you're creative). The owner was easy to communicate with and on top of everything. We'd definitely recommend it for anyone traveling to Gainesville with a larger group.
