3 Bedroom Condo in Sugar Mountain

This unique condo at Sugar Top will sleep 6 people with a queen bed in the master bedroom and a queen bed in the second and a sleeper sofa in the living room, all have memory foam mattresses. The condo has 3 smart TVs, one in each room, private Wifi, full kitchen sets, board games, playing cards, and a chess set. The private balcony offers breathtaking views of the mountains, the ski resort, sunrises and sunsets. Close to Grandfather Mountain, Banner Elk, Blowing Rock dining, restaurants, hiking trails, golf area, and The Parkway. It has access to the indoor pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, WiFi and weight room on the main floor Lobby. Please be advised that the parking shuttle is run by Sugar Top. Resort Real Estate and Rentals has no control over the shuttle system. However, we have not had any issues with this. The condo is short term as well long term rental friendly. Our Sugar Top Condos are Non-smoking. Absolutely NO PETS. No Check-in's Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day. All guests required to sign rental agreement upon booking.

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Inconveniences like the bottom door lock didn't work and the master bedroom TV didn't work at all were challenging. Written instructions for all TVS and thermostat needed. The apartment is terribly dated and merits a tune up. It's a beautiful view which needed at least two chairs on the deck to properly enjoy.
