It is furnished to sleep up to 12 people comfortably. The neighborhood offers 3 outdoor pools (Seasonal), 2 clubhouses with workout facilities, tennis, pickle ball, pool table, ping pong, nature trails, picnic tables, fire pits, catch and release fishing and more.
* Available from October - May for Monthly rentals. $2500 per month plus cleaning fee.
* Linens and Towels - Linens and towel rental can be arranged through a local service for the week or bring your own favorite linens and towels

Summary: We had an extremely enjoyable time. The house was spacious, lovely within a beautiful community. John the host was always available but we never needed anything. Can't wait to get back in 2025. I would highly recommend this home away from home.
