Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Gorgeous riverfront property with direct access to Manning River and walking path connecting with Harrington foreshore. Very close to shos and golf club. Quality, comfortably furniture. The quality of fixtures and fittings is pretty basic. Very limited boat parking. Not really suitable for multi-car groups due to sub-optimal driveway design. The carpet is absolutely disgusting and needs replacing. The property is immaculate aside from the gross carpet.
