Situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac and 300 mtrs walk through a park to the beach. This amazing home is a wonderful option for your next Sunshine Coast holiday. This spacious, five bedroom property, complete with a fully fenced yard, perfect for kids and dogs, enjoyable outdoor alfresco areas; and in May- June-July-August only, the private, inground swimming pool is heated.Guests will arrive to a house where beds are made up, amenities supplied, ready to relax and enjoy their holiday. All this will ensure you and your family or friends have an unforgettable beach vacation.
The home is 'fully air-conditioned' and has been fantastically appointed! It is designed for families or large groups to enjoy time spent together in shared living areas - both indoor and out; with plenty of room for everyone to have their own personal space. Downstairs, guests can make use of the large, open-plan living area, eight seater dining table and contemporary kitchen complete with stone bench tops, island breakfast bar and stainless steel appliances such as a double door fridge/freezer with ice machine, dishwasher, oven, cooktop and microwave. This shared space also features split system air conditioning, ceiling fans and a large wall mounted TV. This level is also home to a spacious queen bedroom, separate toilet/powder room, laundry and internal access to the double garage.
Kids will be entertained with the huge media room packed with board games, toys, and huge tv and dvd's and netflix. On this level, there are a total of 4 bedrooms. Two queen and one double bedroom; plus the stylish master suite, which offers a queen bed, TV, ensuite & walk-in robe, private access to a covered balcony overlooking a park and hear the ocean waves on the sand. The modern family bathroom with bath, shower and separate toilet are also located on the upper floor as well as an additional living area and open plan study.
There are numerous peaceful spaces in this home to take a break away from the hustle and bustle of life and curl up with your favourite holiday novel. Or pack up your towel or surfboard and wander along to the shores of beautiful Mudjimba Beach for a refreshing dip or relaxing stroll with kids or your dog. An array of shops and cafes as well as the local surf club are all located within a short distance of the property. Everything you need for that perfect vacation with friends or family is right at your fingertips.
