This lovely water front lake cottage at Burrill Lake on the NSW South Coast is a perfect holiday destination for a family or two couples. Features modern comfortable furnishings, modern kitchen with microwave and dishwasher and bathroom with double shower. Living areas include and 1 Smart TV and 1 large TV.
Relax and unwind as soon as you arrive. Beds are made up with fresh linen and towels for both the Queen size beds in each bedroom. All you need to bring with you is your beach towels. There is a fold out double sofa bed and a fold out single bed also available (linen charges apply if these beds are needed). The property can sleep up to 5 Adults or a large family people.
The house is spacious and modern with 2 bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom with a double shower head, toilet and vanity. There's a large open plan living and dining area, laundry and spacious covered deck with outdoor setting, BBQ and beautiful views looking over Burrill Lake and up to Pigeon House Mountain. There is also plenty of off street parking available for your car and boat. The yard is fenced and now a cul de sac so this property is now pet friendly.
LOCATION
This lovely lake front cottage is close to all the amenities that Burrill Lake has to offer, its within walking distance of the beach, lake, local shops and café, only a 2 minute drive from Ulladulla and 5 minutes to Mollymook. Historic Milton is a 10 minute drive away. There are boat ramps available at Maria Avenue and Barker reserve. There is also a putt putt golf course available over the bridge. It is situated between the bottle shop and fish shop .
LOCAL ATTRACTIONS
Merro State Forest is a short distance away and is perfect for mountain bike riding and bushwalking.
The South Coast has so much to offer with all the beautiful beaches, national parks and lakes. Get to know the kangaroos and birds at Pretty and Pebbly beaches. Depending on what time of the year your visiting you may be lucky enough to spot a whale (as they migrate North or South) or pod of dolphins.
We have a minimum booking of 2 nights all year round except during the peak period of December and January where a 7 night minimum stay applies, over the Easter weekend, June Long Weekend and October Long Weekend we have a 3 night minimum stay.
It really is the perfect place to relax, unwind and enjoy all that the South Coast has to offer.

Summary: The property itself was extremely clean, and has an unbeatable outlook onto the lake - extremely relaxing to sit on the balcony and soak it all up. Our dog loved the yard and the deck, which can protected from the sun and rain, so perfect when we went out and she stayed at the house. However, we were disappointed that for the money we paid, there was no wifi provided (we had to buy data but couldn't get the dongle to connect - tough when you need to work), the TV only picks up ABC/SBS and the reception is patchy (shame not to be able to relax and watch a movie at the end of the day), and it's incredibly noisy with the trucks going past at all hours of the day and night - so a challenge for those who are light sleepers/trying to keep young children asleep. Burrill Lake is such a beautiful part of the world, and we had a lovely holiday, just a few things in the house that could be improved to make it a more relaxing stay.
