5 Bedroom House in Sloan Lake, Denver

This 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom home has two Master bedrooms with king beds - one upstairs and one downstairs and 3 queen beds; there is also two click-clack sleeper sofas. The home is in the Witter-Cofield historic district surrounded by Victorian houses. This "Carriage Lot" occupies the entire center of the block. It has a large open kitchen and hardwood floors. Nice, big backyard. Both Master bedrooms are quite large and the Master bathroom upstairs is very nice. There is off street parking, and driveway parking. The backyard is huge, with a fire pit. Super close to downtown and all that Denver has to offer. Most remodeling is recent, new appliances, very spacious and modern.
No shoes inside! Please remove shoes while inside.
The backyard is shared with my condo's backyard and sometimes we rent that to guests.
