Gorgeous and brand new 5 bedroom, designer decorated, 4 bath single-family home with 36 ft. of assigned dockage with whips for extra security and protection. Private pool can be heated upon request for additional fee. Stunning sunset views with open balconies to capture the breezes await you for evening cocktails. Four bedrooms, 3 baths are located on the second level. The expansive master suite has a king bed and an on-suite luxurious bath with bay views. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have a queen-size bed, and the 4th room has a bunk bed with a trundle underneath to sleep 3 children. The junior master suite is located on the main level which has a king-size bed and on-suite bath. There are flat-screen TV's in each bedroom. The living room TV has cable and all bedroom Tv's are hooked up for Netflix, Hulu, etc.. High-speed wireless internet, fish cleaning tables, and gas grills are included. There is a maximum of 12 guests including all children that are permitted by the City of Marathon.
